The outside world seems like a distant echo as you fall exhausted into bed, letting your tiredness dissolve into the sweet embrace of s l e e p. The sound of the alarm clock becomes a distant murmur that slowly wakes you up. With a deep sigh, you get up and head to the kitchen. Sunlight timidly streams in through the window, illuminating the space with a warm glow. In the midst of the silence, the sizzling of the eggs in the pan and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee create a comforting melody. As you enjoy your breakfast, you feel how the energy returns little by little. The fatigue still lingers, but there is something comforting in the simplicity of the moment. The daily routine becomes an act of self-care, a necessary pause to recharge before facing the world again.
